About Us – Farhad Zarringhalam

Farhad Zarringhalam is a Dubai-based Wireless Communications and Financial Technology (FinTech) specialist with extensive international experience in telecommunications, quantitative systems, and advanced network optimization. He currently works with global teams and serves clients across Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, delivering innovative solutions at the intersection of wireless technology and financial systems.

Dr. Zarringhalam received his BEng in Electronics and his PhD in Wireless Communications from King’s College London in 2003 and 2007, respectively. His doctoral research focused on adaptive methods for resource allocation and optimization in cellular networks, conducted in collaboration with Nokia UK. During this period, he published multiple journal and conference papers, contributing to advancements in mobile network efficiency and intelligent radio resource management.

Following his academic achievements, Farhad expanded his expertise into the financial technology sector. He is currently associated with Quod Financial in London, where he applies his strong analytical and engineering background to quantitative systems, electronic trading infrastructure, and performance optimization. His work bridges telecommunications engineering and financial technology, enabling scalable, high-performance solutions for modern digital markets.

Now based in Dubai, Farhad Zarringhalam actively collaborates with international organizations and regional partners, supporting projects across the UAE. His cross-disciplinary expertise allows him to deliver strategic insights and technical leadership in wireless communications, fintech innovation, and complex system optimization.
